[SOLVED] IMDb contributor zone stopped working

The IMDb contributor forums suddenly stopped working with SM. It's worked fine forever. Yesterday, it just stopped. Loads instantaneously in Firefox. I've changed nothing, haven't upgraded SM, haven't done anything.

I'd appreciate it if someone(s) would see if it works for them; you don't need an account just to access the page, and that's all I need to know: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/

Okay, thanks for checking. Any ideas on what I can troubleshoot? I mean, I was on it yesterday, posting as usual, then--and since then--can't even load it! Since I haven't changed any settings or upgraded SM or...whatever, I'm kind of stumped.

That'll at least point you in the right direction. In your case, for #2 New profile, just rename .mozilla with SM closed and restart.

I forgot to mention that the base URL, https://sprinklr.com/ , loads fine.

So WTF could've happened to my real profile, yesterday, that fu...mucked things up?

UPDATE: using SM's Cookie Manager | Manage Stored Cookies, I deleted everything related to sprinklr.com, then tried loading it. Success! So something got screwed up in its storage/cache/cookies/whatever, and that fixed it.

Thanks Frank for pointing me in the right direction. Once I verified that it worked with a different profile, I knew it wasn't something inherent in SM and tackled it from there.
