You could create a mailing list in the address book if you are going to be sending emails to the same group.

Click F1 and search the Help file.

In addition to the other excellent suggestions, you can also try using 'reply to sender and all recipients.' This will only work for any recipients whose names/addresses were visible in the original message; if they were all BCCs, you're out of luck and have to enter each address separately.
