disable SeaMonkey mail

Hi,
I've switched to Thunderbird, for a time, and would like to deactivate SeaMonkey mail, so that it doesn't use any memory or cpu resources. Can this be done, without deleting my account?

Just don't launch the email module of the suite? It won't use any memory or resources if it's not running.

So, uncheck "Mail & Newsgroups" in "When SeaMonkey starts up, open" preference?
