Novastor backup will not backup Seamonkey Mail

I am using a POP 3 configuration with Seamonkey. I am having a hard time backing up my mail accounts. I have both NovaBackup and Retrospect. Are there settings or changes I could make to get the backups to include my mail?

What sort of problem are you having with the backup? What is not happening as you expect it to?
