Web Plugin 242 not found

I just upgraded my mac from mojave to catalina. Downloaded/installed new version of SeaMonkey 2.53.10.
I went to Amcrest Camera login. It wants me to install plug in

https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ca ... in_242.pkg

but that pkg isn't found.

I thought plugins are not supported at all now.

hmm... that would be a problem then if the camera wants one.

That looks like an issue with the site itself.

That aside, as Anonymosity said, "plugins are not supported at all now".

The Web Browser Plugin posts all look to be dated, & are not relevant to any current browser.

(If you were to use an old browser, perhaps ? SeaMonkey 2.49.5 or ? FF 52, then maybe said plugin would work - if it were even available.)
