How can I get the line back at the top of the SeaMonkey page with the Menu, Help, etc.?
I have tried right clicking the lines and can't find a way to restore the line.
Is it an option to install SeaMonkey over itself? Is this safe with SeaMonkey?
Solution, please?

Try just pressing Alt + V to open the View menu and then select Show/Hide->Menu Bar.
