Passwords Not Auto-Filling

Post by Wish You Were Here »

This is a new problem. Worked yesterday, not today. Yes, I did a browser restart this morning.

Using: version 2.49.5, Build identifier: 20190804195114 regardless of what UAString shows.

Passwords are not auto-filling in any forms, even with click or double click.

Passwords are all in Password Manager and I can view, select and copy/paste them into forms

Is something broken, or did something get turned off somehow?

Edit >> Preferences all looks normal.

Do you really need to ask? You are using outdated version. Badly outdated.

Your ISP (e-mail) probably switched to OAuth2 and old 2.49.x can't support such NEW technology.

All of the PWs work fine. All website logins work fine once I paste the login IDs and PWs.

Everything works.

Except autofill.

^^ It was all sites. Everywhere. Had to be an SM thing, not a site thing.

But it came back on the next restart and has been working fine since. Possible Profile issue I guess.
