Not playing well with some websites

Post by tmpadwa »

I am using SeaMonkey 2.53.15, which the updater page says is the current version. Some web pages say my browser is no longer supported and needs to be updated, e.g http://www.noodles102.com and http://www.preserveri.org/calendar. I have tried running in safe mode to no effect. Any ideas?

Actually, spoofing doesn't look to work with these cases.

"polyfill.io" is probably the issue.

You can block JavaScript on those pages.
(At least most things on) RI would probably work that way (- though the Donation page doesn't ;-), so I guess I can't donate).
Noodles, not like to do very much of anything with JS blocked.

So... you'll likely need to use a different browser, for those pages.
Fire 750, bring back 250.

There is no browser that works with all web pages.
