Dear folks,
I have had Mozilla for XP for about 3 months, and I have noticed that it hangs going to websites more frequently than the other browser, can't recall its name....made by that rich guy in Redmond.
By that I mean, it either:
1. takes longer to load a website or page
2. does not load the page at all.
I had 1.5, now I have 1.6. Also: 1.7 mhz, 512 RAM, 140 gig, P IV. PC-cillin FW and AV. I have a very fast Cable fast-access, sets records all the time on DSLReports.
I have read and suspect that many sites are predisposed to IE, but is there any way to speed up page-loading.
For instance, one night I went to the Sony site, and it took minutes for Mozilla to load. I finally gave up, but IE it is almost instantaneous.
Thanks in advance.
