what happened to my mail features?

Moz 1.3 allowed me to stop actions in the mail window, such as downloading a message. It had a stop button just like the browser. In version 1.5, this disappeared, what up? I liked this feature.
Also, attachments are screwy again. When I first strated using Moz (v1.2) attachments could not be directly opened from a message, they had to be saved first. This was fixed with v1.3, but again, this functionality has disappeared with v1.5
What gives? Are we advancing or regressing here?
