Using other email client on mailto: links

Post by Daryl »

I would like to redirect mailto: links to another email client, such as Evolution. I can find nothing that shows me how to do this.
Any help is appreciated.

Nice... if you're using Windows or Mac.

How about for Linux Fedora?

Thoughts?

As it turns out, I seem to have found a black hole. Being a Linux user, I installed Mozex. This does the trick nicely, except that a website I frequent has some broken HTML on it that browsers accept, but Mozex does not. I have to choose, and I have chosen to do without the mailto: functionality until the standoff between the webmaster and the Mozex maintainer ends.
