Java plug in for Mozilla 1.5

I am trying to install Java plug in for Mozilla 1.5,during installation it asks what the plug in folder is. I have no idea!! Can anyone help?

What operating system and Java Runtime Environment are you using?

On Windows and Linux, this shouldn't happen.

If you are using Windows 98/NT or later, the easiest way to install Java is to visit this page.

I have Windows ME...and I have downloaded the latest Java file from that page but I just can't install it...during installation it asks what folder my plug ins are in ..being a novice I have no idea!!
