Moz1.5 Font problem under Mdk9.2, almost unreadable

I don't have any problem using Mozilla 1.5 with Mandrake Linux 9.2 but the font used for the program and the pages it displays. I've tried different settings in Preferences / Appearance / Fonts, but I will always get the same almost unreadable font, both for the menu and the pages, whereas I don't get this problem in any of the other applications I use. How could somebody explain that ?

Ok, I installed windows fonts so that now the pages load normally, but the fonts used for the menu are still that kinda pixellized way...
