Seamonkey launch problem

I just tried to upgrade Mozilla 1.7 to Seamonkey. I uninstalled Mozilla first and installed Seamonkey . Seamonkey wont launch after install completed. The message I get is "Error launching browser window:no XBL binding for browser." I am lost. What should I do to get Seamonkey up and running?

Even though you uninstalled Mozilla, your Profile likely remained.
And SeaMonkey likely picked up that old Profile.

Start the SM Profile Manager, & create a new Profile, & see if that works.
