I have a java application that is intended to run within Mozilla. How do I indicate to Mozilla the application and get it run?

Thanks very much

Don't really know anything about Java, nor page coding, but your (?) webpage, or a page you are visiting, would have to contain a "tag" indicating that Java is used & the code for it.

You don't take a Java application & "add it" to Mozilla, if that is your intention.
