Mozilla Mail - Format Button Disappeared From Top of Screen

Can't find a control to bring it back. Can't bold., underline, or select fonts.
I'm a senior without technical knowledge.

What email client are you using? Mozilla Suite? SeaMonkey? Thunderbird?
