How do you turn off the tab 'thumbnail' preview?

Using SeaMonkey 1.1.3

I often have a lot of tabs open at once. But when I move my arrow over a tab and leave it there for a second or so a thumbnail version of the windows comes up. Is there any way to turn off this feature?

Filter: preview
toggle the value of browser.tabs.tooltippreview.enable (to false)
Fire 750, bring back 250.
