Moox, is it just the mmoy patches which speed up your builds, or are there other things? If other, what?

Have you done builds with the latest mmoy patches? I think he just came out with a new batch recently.

If you are using the new ones, or refining your builds, how does one tell?

Thanks for doing your builds.

I like your builds, Moox. Anyone know where I can download the official Firefox icon for Windows? I'm not really digging the blue globe.

EDIT:
I was too impatient, it seems. I found the answer myself.

Yeah, I downloaded the en-GB localised MOOX build recently, but I didn't like the bluse globe, so now I've gone back to the Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 build... Any chance of you reverting to the cool ff logo, with the little orange V on the picture?

Edit: someone should tell the guys in that forum that the red panda IS a firefox :p
Also, I think if you're gonna do your own logo, you should at least make it look similar to the ff logo? Perhaps having a firefox making an 'M' shape across the globe, or something?

Just my opinion, though..

they unofffical builders like moox, mmoy, bangbang etc are not allowed to use the official icon, as part of the rules for building and releasing firefox go.
so you'll just have to make do with the graphics that these guys choose pretty much

Isn't there a way to edit the files to change the icon back to the official Firefox one?

I love moox' builds, but I feel like a traitor to firefox when I don't see the furry panda on my taskbar... :)

Load the icon to your hard drive. Create a shortcut on your desktop. Right-click on the icon and select properties. Then select Change Icon and browse to your local icon.

I noticed a big jump in file size from the 1/3 to the 1/4 M2 builds.

What changed?

Moox, is it possible to do your builds without the "inspector" and without the "SVG" stuff? I don't use these, and would like to see if it improves speed any. I have a feeling I'm not alone in this. Thanks.
