e10s mode is not enabled by default, you can check the option box.
I use release mode+e10s, so I don't know what is the defect.
Thank you very much for this test edition. Would it be possible to have it in a 64-bit version, too? That would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,

P.S.: If I set privacy.clearOnShutdown.openWindows to true in about:config, the next time PCXFirefox starts up with two program windows instead of one. What is the reason for that behavior?
I recently discovered this build and I am loving it, a question about future releases any plans or a time frame when 48 stable will be released?
I tried your 48 test build and it had addons sign check enabled, can/will that feature be off in future builds as I have a few old addons that I'd like to keep
Seems that xunxun1982 is currently unavailable. Hopefully, he is still alive. His last sign of life dates back to 01 August 2016. Meanwhile, two weeks have passed without any update from xunxun1982.

It seems to me that for the last few versions he waits for a while for a x.0.0.1 release before he compiles pcx.

I tried too. It sucks. They ruined the urlbar. Which not only looks horrible, but also produces results less than half as fast as the old one.

That test build is only to test e10s option, not for other plan.
I won't follow Mozilla's update, if I notice there must be a .0.1 update, which can save me lots of time.
thank you very much for the 50.0 release of PCXFirefox.
Unfortunately, it seems that there were problems with the upload - at SourceForge, the 50.0 folder contains no files.

Seems that 51.0.2 and 51.0.3 are for Android only. As there is already a 52.x beta directory on https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ I guess the next desktop version will be 52.
Interestingly enough, it seems that Mozilla has decided not to proceed with their rapid release cycle. Firefox 51 is out for quite some time now, and there has been no update for several months now.

Seems that xunxun1982 is currently busy doing other things, like his custom profiles for certain Chinese sites. So we will have to wait some more in the hope that he once recognizes the new stock Firefox version and starts building a new PCXFirefox.
