This is a tad mean for users in my opinion. And might be counterproductive since you advertise that pcxFF has x64 available: people will just complain about the missing x64 instead.
Maybe create a FAQ with this as the first item? Or put big red warnings in the appropriate sections on sourceforge?

I change my idea: only keep x64 en-US editions.

This is a x86 flash plugin from Google, which remove flash protect feature and some unstable code by default.

All the plugins are for x86? Some are specified but some aren't.

By the way what's the impact of the lack of SSE3 version? Would it be significantly faster?

No, if you want to use Intel compiler to get the fastest performance, it will be very hard, because IPO+PGO will use the builder's 12+ hours time and 3.5GB memory ( x64 will use 10G+ memory ), which is also not a full IPO build.

And ICC has more bugs than VC, so I must use some workaround method, which also decrease the performance.

Of course, you can only use ICC PGO, but ICC's IPO is much better than PGO.

In the end, at present, on the most computers, SSE2 edition is faster than SSE3 edition.

Update to 33.0

Add an Experimental Feature
These features implement may be changed in future editions.
--- System Clock Rate ( abbreviated as SCR below ) Tweak
Provide some about:config options to modify SCR at startup
1) scr.enabled : The option control whether to modify SCR, whose default value is true ( Enabled SCR modifying at startup ).
2) scr.always : The option control whether to modify SCR if you use Battery Power, whose default value is false ( If you use Battery Power, set scr.always to false wont modify SCR, if you set it true, that will ignore Power type detect. )

Max is 0.5ms, SCR Tweak will increase it to 1 ms.

If you don't like it, you can set scr.enabled to false.

I don't know if I like it because I don't understand what it does. :)
I thought it would keep my CPU at it's max frequency but I was wrong apparently...

update to 33.0-fix1

Fix1 fixed two issues:
1) Incorrect code optimization generation, which cause Evernote with new theme can't edit sometimes and mega.co.nz can't import files.
2) An official bug, sometimes very slow when using HTTP Proxy over HTTPS
