It did it again! Help.

Post by VIKINGS »

Hello World,

So the damned waterfox updated again, forcibly I might add(said it was some stupid security update and didn't give me the choice to not install it) and now everything is messed up again. Tabs are on top again(even though in about:config it's tabsontop is still set to false), the adress toolbar looks aweful... is there any way to just revert back to an older version?(preferably a fast&easy way that doesn't require an uninstall)

Thank you.

Why ask here?
What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

Doesn't Waterfox have their own support forum?
As you were told back in Dec 2012 - viewtopic.php?p=12547973#p12547973 - Mozilla was planning on removing the "tabs on bottom" feature from Firefox. Not sure about Waterfox, but browser.tabs.onTop is gone from Firefox 29+ versions.

.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Mine has wandered off and I'm out looking for it.

Moving to Third Party Builds as this is not a Firefox issue.

You can see viewtopic.php?f=42&t=2861753
browser.tabs.onTop is removed since 28.0

And you should ask Alex for Waterfox problems.
