Since I'm changing to Pale Moon, and IT won't work in that browser,
I looked for something as a temporary stop-gap and found the
Save Images 1.0.7 extension.
I have it set up so I can click their icon in the toolbar to save the SINGLE image showing,
or hover the cursor over an image and press the F2 key to save that image.
It saves them in the last used directory. (there are other options)
And it does the auto-increment filename if it exists, as well.
There are also a bunch of other things it does for multiple images on a page
and some other stuff that people may find useful.
So I might just abandon IT now and go with it.

Re: Moving to Palemood alternative to Image Toolbar 0.6.5
Split since it has nothing to do with the extension support thread.

Re: Moving to Palemood alternative to Image Toolbar 0.6.5
That's ridiculous to do that.
It ABSOLUTELY has something to do with that thread.
It's important information for people who have moved to Pale Moon or are thinking about doing so
and are users of IT. Plus I am a major poster in that thread and created a customized version of
that extension that several people use.
The least you could do is get the subject line right.
Don't you have anything else better to do?

Re: Moving to Pale Moon alternative to Image Toolbar
You are no longer using Firefox nor are you using Image Toolbar. The thread is about support for Image Toolbar. Your personal choice to use a different extension does not mean you have a right to take over the thread to promote your choice.

Here a thought.....take it to the Pale Moon forum where they may actually give a toss.
Just a tip they are even less happy about hijacking threads with ill tempered rhubarb than we are
