Which "history menu" is this code for? How do you access the history menu you are referring to?

That's code for the sidebar - I'm using similar code to 'shade' the bookmarks / history sidebar background and close up the line spacing. I don't use Adblock Plus any longer and don't recall ever using the sidebar to view filter prefs for ABP - therefore I can't help this user.

This thread does seem to be off-topic for Firefox support - more of a 3rd party application.
