Where to get started to build Seamonkey for Windows?

For Seamonkey I need VS2013 or VS2017 ?
Any one can write me a guide simply how to build SeaMonkey for windows . I am exhausted with terrific posts all around .
I want to improve performance like https://sourceforge.net/projects/lawlietfox/
any one can suggest any thing regarding this ?

Send me a pm with you email address and I send you my VS2015 setup guite. VS2017 is only for 2.53 and up. 2.54+ is currently in a bad state and unusable because of changes in the Mozilla tree.
Doubt you will be able to do much with performance. Most things are in the Mozilla tree. SeaMonkey is mostly a frontend for gecko.
