Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://video.pch.com/general/geoblock/index.html" on this server.

cant help. what i can tell you that ad scripts have change a bit in the shorter past. an image from page could help more.

for ublock (my filters)
pch.com##^script:has-text(tisoomi)
could help, if its caused by tisoomi.

Which browser/blocker are you using, PM has its own 'Adblock' extensions https://forum.palemoon.org/index.php?si ... 9423156349

Moving to Third Party Builds as the browser involved is Pale Moon rather than Firefox.

The main adblock filter list for ublock origin and adblock plus is EasyList. It has a support forum where you can post a site's ads are not blocked, and maybe they give you a temporary filter to add or will update the filter https://forums.lanik.us/ If the ad is a video ad, especially an overlay video ad, that could be a little different. There are many threads in Firefox Support about trying to block overlay video such as this one - viewtopic.php?f=38&t=3048215

their forum wont accept any of my emails and i dont feel like wasting my time getting something that works

that link had this

Ublock Origin has a setting to "block media elements larger than" a certain number of kb. If you set this, I think it will block those video ads. It will block other video and large images too depending on what number you pick. On a site you want to allow, click the ublock origin icon and click the filmstrip icon to make it not red.

ad block plus has an easy thing you hit it seemed to block one ad after but not any vid ads

That whole site is 'Ad infected', what do you expect, that's their forte.
The PM 'adblock developers' have threads...ask them.

Try Pale Moon then. See if it works better there.

You didn't say whether you tried Pale Moon just to see if there is a difference.

it doesnt really work on pale moon it freezes up when the vids come on, and i do use firefox or chrome for the site pch.com

but i thought there was some universal thing that happened, maybe just on that site, ad blockers in general, because it happened all of a sudden on all browsers. all these ads showed up that were never there

i still havent got all the ads off in firefox and chrome. the block element got one small ad but no vids
