20-03-2004 build available. 6.73 Mb. No activeX components because of some technical problems. Sorry :[

Does DST happen on the same day worldwide? (I'm just asking because it doesn't happen here in Ontario, Canada until April 4th...)

No it doesn't.

In European union, it happens on last sunday in march and in september of each year. Even if it is really a *bullshit* ;o)
