djeter: Win32 2004-04-12 trunk (O2/GAL6 Optimized)

Post by djeter »

This build was built from CVS using Visual C++ .NET 2003 using some optimizations.
---
This build has the following optimizations:
-O2 -GAL6 -c -D__m64=1
---
Download: http://djeter.home.dixie-net.com/Mozill ... 2-GAL6.exe (7.51 MB) 7-Zip SFX
Note: This extracts the files into a \Mozilla directory.

Checkout Start: Sun Apr 11 23:52:40 CDT 2004
Build Complete: Mon Apr 12 02:12:38 CDT 2004

My .mozconfig goes something like this:

Code: Select all

ac_add_options --enable-crypto
ac_add_options --enable-extensions=default
ac_add_options --disable-auto-deps
ac_add_options --enable-optimize="-O2 -GAL6 -c -D__m64=1"
ac_add_options --disable-tests
ac_add_options --disable-debug
ac_add_options --disable-dtd-debug
ac_add_options --disable-pedantic
ac_add_options --enable-static
ac_add_options --disable-shared
ac_add_options --enable-calendar
ac_add_options --without-system-jpg
ac_add_options --without-system-zlib
ac_add_options --disable-glibtest
ac_add_options --disable-gtktest
ac_add_options --disable-freetypetest
ac_add_options --disable-libIDLtest
ac_add_options --disable-logging

Great build. Great splash screen! ;)
I have some suggestions, however :)
1. Try to avoid including Thumbs.db (I know it isn't intentional, but it can get inside of the 7z by accident)
2. Create a single thread to advertise all builds, like MozJF. Jason can make it sticky then.
Why would you even consider to use the OS that is older and more obsolete than your computer?
See, that's just one of the reasons why I pick Linux.

Excelent build djeter!
Pretty nice splash screen. Seems to load very fast because of statically linked.
Runs smooth and speedy in my Athlon XP system.

Thanks agains.
