[opi] MNG: trunk 040416 linux installer builds

As usual,
Mozilla trunk builds with MNG Support enabled are available from

or only the patch set

Only an en-US package are generated until yet, if someone need a de-AT version, please write me.

In the next days I will also add an mng.xpi for linux, so you can install mng support to your existing mozilla. (They can also be downloaded from biesi's page.)

I compiled again with gcc 3.3.3 cause my gcc 3.4 build was a bit unstable.
All packages are compiled on a daily updated 'Debian unstable' linux box.
