SunBird Profile Help

I'm confused.
What is the exact path to the SunBird (default) profile?
And, exactly what (which file) do I need to copy, so I don't loose all my calendar entries, if I have to reinstall SunBird?

Your profile normally is located

In Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Application Data\Mozilla\Sunbird\Profiles\{random}.default\

In Linux: /home/{user}/.mozilla/sunbird/{random}.default/

The calendar file should contain an .ics file, typically CalendarDataFile.ics. This file contains your calendar data.

Thanks You. I found it.
Is this the only file I need to save to restore my SunBird date settings, if I have to reinstall? Or, should I save and restore the whole "Profile" File?
I think that is what I am confused about.
