Hi,
I installed the Calendar extension on two different configurations:

Linux | Danish | Firefox

Windows | Danish | Thunderbird

In both case, the language was wrong! In 1. it installed in Czech, in 2. it installed in German...
I understand that Danish might not be supported, but then why not default to English instead of guessing some fancy  languages?
And how do I repair that mess? :furious:

I had a look at it before posting. Doesn't seem to apply...
By the way, I installed the extension on a danish Mozilla Suite 1.7.5/Win32. It works fine and speaks english!

Calendar installs all its languages, then displays one of them at run time. So the installation is not a mess. If the requested locale is not supported, then it seems to have a problem picking a sensible fallback. I think Ihave read about this previously, but I cannot remember where.

I guess the easiest workaround is to register da-DK. In your profile directory, edit chrome/chrome.rdf and make entries for urn:mozilla:locale:da-DK:calendar by copying the entries for some other language. Make da-DK point to the English translation in calendar.jar.

I have not tried this myself, but I might try it later and post more details.
