Hi,
I have just installed the Dropbox for Filelink extension as recommended on the support pages.
It works well for email attachments but I'm not sure if it does for event attachments. Here is what I do:
1. go to calendar and create a new event
2. from the 'Attach' menu select 'File with Dropbox' and select a file
3. nothing happens, no feedback, no fail, no success, no nothing
4. go to your Dropbox account 'Apps -> Mozilla Thunderbird', the file is there
5. save the event, open it again, no sign of the attachment
In step (3) I would expect a link to appear in the 'Description' area, although it's hard to tell as I couldn't find any docs for this particular feature anywhere.
Has anyone been successful with attachments for events?

Also event deletion does not result in a deletion of the associated attachment from Dropbox.

Hi, what version of Lightning and Thunderbird do you use? Do you get any error or warning messages when during your test steps?

Hi ssitter,
I use TB 31.2.0 and Lightning 3.3.3. Does it work for you?
Also I don't get any errors.
