Calendar and the second Tuesday of the month

Hi,
1) Can I define a reminder in the Thunderbird Calendar that reminds me on every second Tuesday of a month that today is Windows patch day?
2) And may be as well 4 and 5 days later (=Saturday and Sunday) to execute the Windows update?

Yes. Set the repeat drop-down to "Custom..." and you will get a new dialog that allows set advanced repetition rules like repeating monthly, on every second Tuesday of a month.
