Sync Thunderbird Tasks On 2 Systems

Hello,

I am new to using thunderbird and have a question about tasks and sync on 2 systems.

I am using IMAP for several email accounts so these are already synced. However, I regularly create tasks from emails and need to find a way to
sync these on the 2 systems I am using. I have seen reference to 'lighning'? but am unsure if this is just for calendars or for tasks (or are they the same).

So, basically I just want to sync the tasks, emails are already synced and tasks are created from emails, they are not events or appointments etc.

Any advise is appreciated.
