Lightning export question

Can anyone explain why it is that when a calendar is exported from Lightning the format is not consistent.

Example.
I have a calendar in Lightning.
I export it as an ics file.
I create a new empty calendar with a different name
I import the .ics file from the first calendar
All entries are created and are identical copies (including notes and alarms etc.
I now export the second calendar as an ics file.
I run Winmerge to compare the original ics file from the first calendar against the ics file from the second calendar

The content of the two files are in totally different order.

Why?????
