Lightning re-install fail

I had an issue with Lightning, where it seemed to go bonkers with screen stretches and loss of connection to my remote caldav calendar. So I disabled and removed it.

When I attempt to re-install, it seems to work, but at the extensions page, it will not complete the install when I close and re-open TB. It continues to ask for another close-open cycle.

Can't get it back online.
Other add-on installs worked fine.

Can you unsubscribe your CalDav calendar from Thunderbird/Lightning? If so, you would still get Lightning with your local calendar, but not the distant one.

Does Lightning work then?
If so, the problem lies either with the CalDav file or, more likely, with its Lightning connection. Try to resubscribe to the CalDav calendar to see what happens.
