I have been using Provider & Lightning with Thunderbird for a long time now. Recently I have been having issues. I tried following some suggestions one of which said to unsubscribe the calendar(s), then uninstall Provider and Lightning and start over. So I did that but now, I can see my husband's calendar, which he shared with me from the Settings on his Google Calendar, but I cannot add my own calendar. These are the steps I have taken:
New Calendar
On Network
Google Calendar
Typed in email address
Get the window "Please select the calendar and task lists you would like to subscribe to"
The problem is that nothing ever shows in the window for me to select, thus I cannot continue. Screen shot at

I was reading another thread that was not discussing the same problem but one person said IF one were running TB 52.x then use Provider version 3.3. I uninstalled the latest Provider version and installed 3.3 and all is working as it used to.
