I an using Thunderbird 60.8.0 with add-ons Provider for Google Calendar 4.4.2, Lightning 6.2.8 and Lightning Calendar Tabs 2.2. Until recently it correctly synchronized with my Google calendar. However, recently it has stopped working. The Thunderbird calendar still has entries that were made up until around the beginning of July, but any more recent additions to the Google calendar don't show.
If I click the Synchronize button at the top left ocassionally the notification bar at the bottom shows Synchronizing... but stays in this state until I close Thunderbird. More often than not, however, there is no indication that anything happens.
I suspect that Thunderbird or one of the add-ons has recently been updated and broken the system.

Moving to Calendar forum as no bug has been confirmed here thus far.

Re: Calendar sync not working
Does it start working if you disable the Lightning Calendar Tabs 2.2 extension?
If it does you could try updating that extension to version 2.3.
