Recurrence Extender for Sunbird 0.3a2 and Lightning 0.1

After seeing some people express concern with the lack of an ability to set certain recurrence rules that were possible in 0.2, I've written a quick extension that should fix these problems in 0.3a2 and Lightning 0.1.
