Minimo shows the wait cursor, but never starts

I have an iPAQ hx4700 and when I try Minimo (versions .003, .004, and .005 all the same) the system's wait cursor is shown and spins, but Minimo never starts.

Has anyone else seen this? Any idea on how to get past it?

I've seen the same on my Axim x50v. Turn off the WiFi, then load the prog. After the first time, there have been no troubles.

I'm still having this problem. I've tried it with wifi enabled and disabled, it doesn't seem to make any difference.

One new bit of information...
When I first try to run winEmbed.exe it says that there is a missing system resource or a lack of memory issue. After I click Ok on this I try to run it again and I get the infinite spinning wait cursor.
