FF for Samsung Galaxy Tab S (Android) bookmarks
Just got one of these----fantastic little device---never had a tablet before! So, I install FF, works fine. But is there a bookmarks bar and I just don't see it? TY!

You can Access yor bookmarks by klicking in the adress bar, and then open the bookmark tab.
Also you can set the bookmarks tab as the standard tab in the preferences

OK, so there IS no standard 'bookmarks bar' that runs across the top like the desktop version. nuts. OK, one more- I notice when I click the browser tab to close FF on the tablet--I get a small window at the bottom saying 'you have closed Firefox Home," yet...FF stays open. ?

You cant close fx this way. This only closes the tab.
On Android , you dont normaly close apps at all. Android closes the app itself if memory becomes a problem . You cant compare this to Windows .

playing with FF on my Android tablet again. So, if I want to close FF......how do I do it on the browser itself? I guess there's no way- which seems odd.

You can of course close any app with the android task manager, just swipe firefox aside, that will close it.
