Is the profile manager available in FF on Android? If so, I can't find how to access it.
In my searching I can only find references to the 'family friendly' feature for tablets.
I'd like to set-up multiple profiles and sync some of them with FF desktop without resorting to switching between Android users.
Android 5.1, phone.

There is not support for the profile manager in Firefox for Android. You have already found the next best solution which is to use Android users.
