The recommended way of invoking reader mode in Firefox for Android is to click on the reader mode icon in the address bar, however this icon does not always appear (for the same page, in one browsing session it might, in the next it might not). In previous versions of Firefox, one could always invoke reader mode for a given web page by (IIRC) holding down on the link to that web page and selecting 'add to reading list'.
However, this menu option is missing from the latest version of Firefox. I haven't yet found a workaround and the only recourse that is working for me right now is a tweaked version of Chrome that allows me to invoke reader mode on whatever page I please, and it lacks the features that Firefox's reader mode (such as changing the colour scheme, font, font size etc just like a half-decent ebook reader).
If anyone knows of a fix (or better workaround) for Firefox, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
