Firefox for Android phones

Post by josegotme »

I heard that it does not have Tab Browsing-is that true? How good is it - better than Google? What about after the FF 57 release - will that affect the Android verson?

Firefox for Android does have tabbed browsing. It's good but it'll of course be a lot better 57+ due to all the changes that are happening with Gecko not to mention that it'll finally get a more modern UI.
Firefox Focus, which is a new browswer product by Mozilla doesn't have tabbed browsing but it's designed to be a private browser and not designed to be used like you would your normal browser. It also uses WebKit and most say it's just as fast if not faster than Chrome.

Moved to Mobile section as this is about Android Firefox and not desktop Firefox. Also the Firefox Builds you posted this in is for development channel builds that is not Release.
