For example, we can download Fx58 today for Windows even though it'll officially be out later this week. Is there a place we can download the equivalent Android .apk file because it usually takes a good few days after the Windows release that it's available on Google Play Store.
Is there any place we can get the .apk file sooner?

Current version is listed on https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/android/all/
While the Android Firefox 58.0 Release Candidates or RC are listed in http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/candidates/ the Firefox 58.0 is not yet listed in http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/releases/

Re: Is there a depository for Android Firefox build download
Thank you.
If you have an ARM device and if you go to your first link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/all/
you would get 57.0.4.multi.android-arm.apk
So here's this thread's question: Is that file the same as the one listed using your second link under 57.0.4-candidates?
Using that reasoning, unless there are sudden further updates, then could we conceivably use your second second link and go to 58.0-candidates to get fennec-58.0.en-US.android-arm.apk (if we have a Samsung Galaxy phone) and install it now without waiting for it to be officially posted later this week... while understanding that there still could be a another build but it's not likely give than tomorrow is the official release date for Fx 58.

The Android Firefox 57.0.4 currently listed on https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/android/all/ until the 58.0 Release is out is same as listed in http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/releases/57.0.4/
The Release Candidates are for QA testing as the last RC build of a new major version becomes the Release.

Re: Is there a depository for Android Firefox build download
So unless another build is released in the next 12 hours (which is unlikely), the current RC build of 58 will be the final... that's exactly what I was trying to find out.
Thank you very much James.
