Can't use LastPass or Bitwarden with latest Firefox Android

Post by RejZoR »

I absolutely need external password manager because of security, however with latest Firefox for Android, it's impossible to use LastPass or Bitwarden, because the Fill In form/popup doesn't even appear. Is there any way to disable this garbage protection that's so awesome that I'm forced to use something else as a result? I heard new Firefox doesn't allow Accessibility services to access it at all which is what you need for these password managers to work. So, is there any way to turn of this crap so I can use a password manager on Android with Firefox? I'm forced to use Opera just because of this nonsense and it's annoying as hell. And I'm not gonna use the integrated one, no way. It's too clumsy and insecure. So, what other option do I have other than sticking with Opera which at least works perfectly with it?

Seriously? No method? I've tried everything in about:config with no results. It's so damn infuriating. Firefox for Android just blocks all Accessibility services where Firefox Focus, the dumbed down, "more privacy/security" focused browser allows Accessibility services to interact with it. Where on Earth does this make any kind of sense? Firefox Focus is useless but I can use LastPass with it where regular Firefox for Android is excellent, but I can't use LastPass with it. That's just idiotic.
