Re: [Ext] DblClicker & KillSpinners & FlashStopper & Add-on
yochaim - you were correct, I was running with e10s. I guess I hadn't realized that had become the default. Disabling e10s fixes the issue, as does installing the latest FS from your dev channel. Thanks!

Re: [Ext] DblClicker & KillSpinners & FlashStopper & Add-on
I believe flashstopper is responsible about many websites that show "file not found" or crap messages like that, since i see the video controls in some sites like:
http://fr.porndoe.com/video/12297/elle- ... ser-a-mcdo
before i get the error message, maybe flashstopper is preventing the functionality of the player trying to block it before all controls & servers were contacted.

uploaded new version to the dev channel. it should solve the issue with ZM.
btw this bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1322505 causes bad behavior on nightly...

Re: [Ext] DblClicker & KillSpinners & FlashStopper & Add-on
I believe this stupid jw player uses window media foundation support & i don't have it in my system.
Do you think you could replace jw player with a script turning it into html5 or even flash ?

anything is possible in coding, you really can't replace jw player with a script when it appears on a page ?

Re: [Ext] DblClicker & KillSpinners & FlashStopper & Add-on
Your plugin FlashStopper behaves as "FlashStarter" at all sites at which the video was originally a stop.
For example, on sites like:
http/kinokrad.co
http/kinogo.club
http/bigcinema.to
http/kinoprofi.org.
The list is endless
(Although here in works fine, no startup: http/gidonline.club But this is a very rare exception)
In general, plug a very good job on Youtube, but on other sites on the contrary makes mischief.

hi YaShum,
thanks for the info.
i was able to reproduce the problem and looking into it...
at least 3 of the site you mention use the same flash player so it's no surprise they all behave the same.
anyways for now you can either allow the site to autoplay in the site permission list or use proactive blocking on them.

Re: [Ext] DblClicker & KillSpinners & FlashStopper & Add-on
FlashStopper conflicts with Tab Tally 1.0.0 addon - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... tab-tally/
I reported this issue on Tab Tally page also - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... ws/840754/
Steps to reproduce :
Create a new/fresh firefox profile.
Install the 2 addons.
Restasrt
Bookmark a page > The "OK" button looks dimmed.
It happens in many of the browser's other "special" windows and setting windows of many addons.
Here's another example of a "dimmed" button window:
Workaround - Install TabTally previous version (0.1.1) and Restart browser.
Is this issue only Tab Tally's "fault" ?
FlashStopper 1.4.4
Firefox 51
Win 7 x64
BTW - Do you know of any other addons which are in conflict with Flashstopper ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: [Ext] DblClicker & KillSpinners & FlashStopper & Add-on
@ YaShum,
very strange this is. adding autostart=false to the flashvars of these players causes them to autoplay!
to solve this please do this:
in about:config change 'extensions.flashstopper.scripteditmenu' to true
open the button menu and click edit script
in the editor script section find the line which starts with 'flashvars += "&autoplay=false&autostart=false&autoPlay=0&autoStart=0' (no quotes)
change it to
@LL25255252
i couldn't reproduce the issue.
you can try debugging it yourself by checking the source of the applied style in the browser toolbox inspector (devtools.chrome.enabled=true & menu > developer)

Hi yochaim...
CNN in the past few days has videos on it's main site under the title "20 people share with CNN". These videos auto play and I can't stop it. They appear to be HTML5 based.
