I think it is clear now that Firefox developers do not want to make their browser developer-friendly. I hope ithinc will continue to develop this wonderful extension. Mozilla made so called ESR release of Firefox, each new ESR version is released every ~6-8 month. So, maybe ithinc decided to release TU updates with every ESR release :D :D

till v25 some water will flow the river - its not that mozilla aint gonna warn 3rd party devs. actually some bookmark extension are broken but that was announced long time ago - if they dont matter they will die with their extension. the linked announcement concerns the session saver, not the tabs itself.

Has anyone else tried this version of customised version tab-utilities-lite? It's been working well for me, but not been installed for more than a day.... so maybe it's to early to tell.

I have found the reason of not working left tab focusing - it was the TabGroups manager, which has the similar setting. It overrode the Tab Utilities setting. Now it works.

Highlight unread tabs doesn't work when opening multiple bookmarks.

Don't know if anyone is interested in trying this, but here's a link to tab_utilities-1.5.11-fx.xpi on DepositFiles or on Uploaded. I couldn't deal w/ the 1.6 beta, as it intercepts two very important keys: Ctrl+Left and Ctrl+Right, which are part of Windows stock text controls. I couldn't find a means of disabling these keystrokes in the extension, so I hacked the old extension and lie to Firefox by indicating the extension's compatible out to version 23 (I think.) Otherwise it's the stock 1.5 extension. Caveat: the toolbar button is dead, but otherwise it's been working for me for a couple days. HTH....

Just tried your version on FF 22....however, the pinned tabs are still messed up....as is the case with the current 1.6 beta. Are you seeing this issue? Basically, the pinned tabs are missing.........

I confirm your observation, but I'd point out I didn't attempt to fix anything. I merely changed the max version supported variable and repacked the .xpi. Sorry for the miscommunication....

I'm going to start researching this problem, to gauge the scope of the fix. Am I correct in recollecting that TU failed following the v21 upgrade ?

Well, as far as "me" and what I use it for.....1.6 beta works fine with v21.....but not v22 and up.
