Re: [Ext] Magic Actions for YouTube
Hey, so I just found this thread while googling, I have some trouble with Magic Actions. It's been causing a ghost tab for me just like ghenxx. I have made a thread about it a few days ago linked here: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2921057&p=14072525#p14072525
Oh and I tried to use the contact me form on your website but hahahahaha that doesn't work. Let me show you the album: http://imgur.com/a/UyN2h
Oh and when I do take out the www. after hitting Send Message, it says bad request.

Hey, this is getting ridiculous. Maybe time to scan your pc for malware?

Re: [Ext] Magic Actions for YouTube
I added a 3rd pinned tab a couple weeks ago, and after rebooting a time or two, it's now blank and stuck. I can't get rid of the space. Is that similar to your problem?

I don't know what you do with your PC and browser, but I look to the facts:
if our website and contact form works fine (tested), it means there is a problem on your side.

And besides the website part, what about the ghost tabs? I'm alright with the contact and website since I can reach you here. So far, ghenxx and I have the same problem with the ghost tabs, I have no clue about Slickone though.
@Slickone, could you provide a screenshot of what you have? It might be the same problem as ghenxx and mine.

If you can't even send us a message, I really don't see any sense in discussing this further.
Your browser doesn't work correctly. Although, I think you're just trolling.
Next, it seems you didn't read my replies here. Again, we could not reproduce this issue (tested on a clean profile - FF stable, beta, dev, nightly).
Please read "Help & Tips"... if you still have problems, contact us with more details: checked options, OS and browser version, installed add-ons etc.
If you can reproduce this issue, could you provide us with a detailed list of the steps you took to do so?

Trolling. Really? Look, my first post in this thread had a link that directed to another thread I made in the General Discussion. If you seriously think I'm trolling would I do so many things that you asked for? Really? Okay. Fine I'm done. I'm willing to call in a mod to discuss my 'trolling' problem. Oh and if I was the only one trolling, why are there two OTHER people that also has the same problem? Trolling I think not.

It seems, you don't understand me correctly.
This looks like trolling or your browser doesn't work properly.
I said "We could not reproduce this issue (tested on a clean profile - FF stable, beta, dev, nightly) ..."
I do not know where you got that I said "this is trolling"?
If you can reproduce this issue, could you provide us with a detailed list of the steps you took to do so?
We will try to fix it asap!

Oh the haha, a sad laugh, sorry to confuse you. I'm just frustrated right now, sorry again. And there may be something wrong with my browser. That's is true.
And may I record a video instead for you instead of describing it? I kind of prefer working with visuals better than just words. If so, I'll record a video for you as soon as I can get home.
Edit: The video is recorded, just let me know if you want it so I can send you the link for it.

PM me a download link.
Also, try the following: create a new clean Firefox profile without any extensions > then install Magic Actions > reproduce the problem > zip the whole profile > then PM me a download link.

Re: [Ext] Magic Actions for YouTube
@Slickone
Try re-enabling the addon: go to Add-ons page ( about:addons ) -> disable then enable again.
or
Try repairing/resetting the addon preferences:
1. Exit Firefox
2. Enter the keyboard shortcut "Windows key + E" to open Windows Explorer
3. In the Windows Explorer window that appears enter the following in the address bar:
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
4. Open profile directory -> jetpack
and remove directory hamed jid0-UVAeBCfd34Kk5usS8A1CBiobvM8@jetpack
5. Run Firefox
If the problem still exists, please contact us.
