I have noticed this on multiple sites. swagbucks.com is an example where certain popups, that usually lead to different sites don't show up. If I come across or remember any others I will let you know.

A user filed a 'bug'-report through 'compatibility reporter', but I cannot reproduce it. Such bug reports do not contain any helpfull information about other addons etc.. If someone can reproduce this 'issues' and can tell me how, I could take a look at them. I'm sure, there were no changes on tabs in v1.2.3. It sounds to me more like a problem with TabUtilities, which doesn't support Firefox 17+ (yet?).

1. Open new tab problem after update Glass My Fox 1.2.3.
2. Bug When tab move or change position [Submitted via Add-ons Manager]

This addon does too work on WIndows 8--it just doesn't grant transparency. It still is very helpful if you choose a windows frame color that's not compatible with all the blue chrome moving around.

A better name for this addon, based on what it actually does, is AeroMyFox. The Glass of Aero may be gone on Windows 8, but the Aero effect is still there.

Even if a name like 'AeroMyFox' would be more correct or Win8 users, I still have hope somebody releases a tool/tweak/hack for Win8 to make windows transparent again.

Edit

Hello!
After updating Firefox to version 22, noticed a bug.
Appears after some time of working with http://outlook.com/.
Manifested in the fact that the tabs become fully transparent, changing the settings does not help. Helps restart. If you do not restart, disappears after a time.
Also there are some other minor problems.
I'm sorry, I do not know what the problem is - the new version of Firefox or incompatibility with it GlassMyFirefox.

Does this only happen with your chosen setting (low opacity tabs) or with other tab settings too?

There might be a problem between your browsers hardware acceleration feature and/or your graphics drivers and Firefox 22.

Try to disable/enable browsers hardware acceleration option and to update your graphics drivers (if not already up-to-date).

Thanks for the answer!
I updated the video driver. Bug happens with the other settings for tabs too. Specifically, the bug appears after sending letters via http://outlook.com/.
After disable hardware acceleration in the browser bug still did not appear.

Thanks, updated to 1.29. It's better but there's still some doubling up at the bottom.

Hello Many thanks to you for your application. I would like to ask if you can do full transparency standard white background (background only, text, images, video... left as is) in Mozilla Firefox, the settings of which can be found in: Tools -> Options -> Content - Colors - Background? Also you can still make a similar transparent Firefox context menu on the desktop windows 7? Thanks you so much. I love you and your work! \(^_^)/

Which part exactly should be white and which one full transparent? The toolbars can either be white or transparent not both at once and the webcontent itself cannot be transparent or have a different background color. The Firefox setting you are pointing to only changes contents background color for about:blank and about:newtab pages. There are settings in GMF to make both pages transparent too. Websites cannot have a transparent background.

I do not want white, on the contrary I want to have everything except the text, fonts, images, videos... have transparent as examples here:
http://kyosan1988.deviantart.com/art/Fu ... -123406754
http://dragon823.deviantart.com/art/New ... -128770369
http://dragon823.deviantart.com/art/All ... -124312126

as you can see here, he does not have a white background transparent, but at the same time preserving the quality of the display of all fonts, photos, .... very well seen.

All Web sites can have a transparent background if you disable the display of colors offered by them, and firefox has a this function that allows you to disable the color scheme proposed sites, and use the color schemes that the user chooses himself. you can find it here: Tools - Options - Content - Colors - allow pages to choose their own colors, istead of my selection above.
Possible to make so that when there is a choice of colors appeared "color" transparency?
