Thank you again, TechnalXS. I'll keep on testing either extension and browser(s).

By the way, in wich folder/place is the green arrow icon stored? Maybe it's just a problem of file missing or something like that, in my case (I don't know why, but I'm not rejecting any hipothesis).

I've made a clean install again and checked the folder. Everything was fine in the folder. All icons were there (readreplied, readfwd etc.). I've tried a reply and a forward, but the only icon that appeared was readmail.

Maybe this is not a huge problem for most users, but for me sometimes it is, as I use mail client with three different accounts and I receive about 20-30 mails every day (I definitely must talk to my boss about that...).

Thanks again, TechnalXS.

The strange thing is that I also tried Firefox 24 (clean install and so on...) and I got the same problem. Anyway, I'll be waiting for news about this subject.
Thank you very much again.

finally trying to switch from Opera to Simplemail. Yet I did not get very far: I could not even save a new account. After filling in e-mail-adress etc. I click in OK, but nothing happens... ?
Running Simplemail 2.85 in FF24 (the special version for Canonical), on Lubuntu 13.10 RC. Maybe this is not a problem of Simplemail?

Thanks!

Edit: Also with FF-Standardversion for Linux on final Lubuntu 13.10, I have the same problem...

Bump... With Simplemail 2.86.2 still unable to set up an account....

TechnalXS: any advice from you in this matter?

IT WORKS! The icon issue has gone. Thank you very much, TechnalXS!

Off-topic: I'm one of those Opera M2 orphans and Simple Mail really does the job...

A minor issue:

In previous versions, when you sent the message window/tab, it was immediately closed and after few seconds there was that popup reporting the message was sent. Now, the message window/tab just keeps on for few seconds, without any sign of progress, and disappears when the mailing process is finished, without signs or popups reporting that the mailing was ok.

Hi,
Sorry, I forgot to tell you : Before installing the new version you have to delete the Simplemail folder located at :
/home/<your login>/.mozilla/firefox/<your default profile>/simplemail

Do it with Firefox closed then restart it or reinstall Simplemail

It works! Great!!

Edit: And so far everything works fine... One remark for a feature in future versions: If I click once on an e-mail-address in the e-mail-address-field, then it would be nice to see highlighted all e-mails received (or sent) from (to) this address.

CC is broken. This has been for a long time, consider the following CC recipients:
Majo Xovan <xovan@baymare.sk>,Stanislav Raketnik <stanislav.raketnik@raketa.sk>

The email will be sent to following ONE "CC" recipient (as shown in gmail, and verified through both recipients - one of them did not receive the email)
"Majo Xovan <> Stanislav Raketnik <stanislav.raketnik@raketa.sk" <xovan@baymare.sk>

Please fix this, as it is kind of a show stopper. "To" address field seems to be unimpacted, althrough I rarely send email to multiple "To" recipients.

EDIT: "To" field is broken exactly the same way (just tried now)
